SHARDBELT hesabını ve ona bağlı tüm verileri silmenin iki yolu var. Hangisini seçersen seç, işlem ücretsizdir ve gerekçe göstermen gerekmez.

Yol 1 — Oyunun içinden (anında)

SHARDBELT'i aç ve hesabınla giriş yap
Ana ekranın sol üstündeki profil düğmesine dokun
Sayfanın altındaki Hesabı sil düğmesine dokun
Çıkan onay ekranında talebini doğrula

Onayladığın anda silme işlemi tamamlanır ve uygulama açılış ekranına döner.

Yol 2 — E-posta ile

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan (telefonu değiştirdin, şifreni unuttun, oyunu kaldırdın) hesabının kayıtlı e-posta adresinden şu adrese yaz:

destek@coldworkgames.com — konu: Hesap silme talebi, içeriğe oyuncu adını yaz.

Talebi kayıtlı adresten göndermeni istememizin sebebi güvenliktir: aksi hâlde herkes başkasının hesabını sildirebilirdi. Adrese erişemiyorsan yine de yaz; kimliğini doğrulamak için hesapla ilgili birkaç soru sorarız.

Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır ve sana yazılı olarak bildirilir.

Ne siliniyor

Kimlik doğrulama hesabın (e-posta adresi ve şifre özeti)
Oyuncu kaydın: oyuncu adın, en yüksek skorun, oynadığın maç sayısı, toplam öldürme, en çok bıçak, en uzun hayatta kalma süresi, dev avı sayısı, kayıt ve güncelleme zamanları
Oyuncu adı rezervasyonun (ad tekrar boşa çıkar)
Puan tablosundaki yerin
Telefonunda tutulan istatistik kopyaların ve profil bilgin (oyuncu adın, seçtiğin karakter)

Kalan maç hakların ve ses/müzik tercihlerin cihazda kalır: bunlar kimliğine bağlı değildir. Maç haklarını bilerek sıfırlamıyoruz, aksi hâlde hesap silmek dolu hakla yeniden başlamanın bir yolu olurdu.

Ne kadar sürüyor

Anında: canlı veritabanından silinir; puan tablosunda bir sonraki yenilemede (en fazla 12 saat) görünmez olur.
30 gün içinde: yedeklerdeki kopyalar da düşer.

Geri alınamaz. Silinen skorlar, istatistikler ve puan tablosundaki sıra geri getirilemez. Aynı e-posta ile yeniden kayıt olabilirsin, ama sıfırdan başlarsın. Eski oyuncu adın başkası tarafından alınmış olabilir.

Silmeden sonra tutulan bir şey var mı

Hayır — hesabınla ilişkili kişisel veri saklamıyoruz. Yalnızca yasal bir yükümlülük varsa (örneğin bir hukuki talep süreci) ilgili kayıt, o yükümlülük sona erene kadar erişimi kısıtlanmış biçimde tutulur. Ayrıntılar için gizlilik politikası.

Account and Data Deletion

There are two ways to delete your SHARDBELT account and all data attached to it. Either way it is free and you do not need to give a reason.

Option 1 — Inside the game (immediate)

Open SHARDBELT and sign in to your account
Tap the profile button in the top left of the home screen
Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page
Confirm on the confirmation screen

Deletion completes the moment you confirm, and the app returns to the intro screen.

Option 2 — By email

If you cannot reach the app (new phone, forgotten password, app uninstalled), write from the email address registered to your account to:

destek@coldworkgames.com — subject: Account deletion request, and include your player name.

We ask you to write from the registered address for security: otherwise anyone could have someone else's account deleted. If you have lost access to that address, write anyway — we will ask you a few questions about the account to verify who you are.

Requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed to you in writing.

What gets deleted

Your authentication account (email address and password hash)
Your player record: player name, best score, matches played, total kills, most blades held, longest survival, giant kills, creation and update timestamps
Your player name reservation (the name becomes free again)
Your place on the leaderboard
The copies of your statistics on your phone, and your local profile (player name, chosen character)

Your remaining match credits and your sound/music preferences stay on the device: they are not tied to your identity. We deliberately do not reset match credits, or deleting an account would become a way to start again with a full bar.

How long it takes

Immediately: removed from the live database; it disappears from the leaderboard at the next refresh (at most 12 hours).
Within 30 days: copies in backups are purged as well.

This cannot be undone. Deleted scores, statistics and your leaderboard rank cannot be restored. You can register again with the same email, but you start from zero, and your old player name may have been taken by someone else.

Is anything kept afterwards

No — we keep no personal data tied to your account. Only where a legal obligation applies (for example an ongoing legal claim) is the relevant record kept with restricted access until that obligation ends. See the privacy policy for details.
