SHARDBELT hesabını ve ona bağlı tüm verileri silmenin iki yolu var. Hangisini seçersen seç, işlem ücretsizdir ve gerekçe göstermen gerekmez.

Yol 1 — Oyunun içinden (anında)

SHARDBELT'i aç ve hesabınla giriş yap
Ana ekranın sol üstündeki profil düğmesine dokun
Sayfanın altındaki Hesabı sil düğmesine dokun
Çıkan onay ekranında talebini doğrula

Onayladığın anda silme işlemi tamamlanır ve uygulama açılış ekranına döner.

Yol 2 — E-posta ile

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan (telefonu değiştirdin, şifreni unuttun, oyunu kaldırdın) hesabının kayıtlı e-posta adresinden şu adrese yaz:

destek@coldworkgames.com — konu: Hesap silme talebi, içeriğe oyuncu adını yaz.

Talebi kayıtlı adresten göndermeni istememizin sebebi güvenliktir: aksi hâlde herkes başkasının hesabını sildirebilirdi. Adrese erişemiyorsan yine de yaz; kimliğini doğrulamak için hesapla ilgili birkaç soru sorarız.

Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır ve sana yazılı olarak bildirilir.

Ne siliniyor

Kimlik doğrulama hesabın (e-posta adresi ve şifre özeti)
Oyuncu kaydın: oyuncu adın, en yüksek skorun, oynadığın maç sayısı, toplam öldürme, en çok bıçak, en uzun hayatta kalma süresi, dev avı sayısı, kayıt ve güncelleme zamanları
Oyuncu adı rezervasyonun (ad tekrar boşa çıkar)
Puan tablosundaki yerin
Maç özetlerin ve açılış raporların (oyunu dengelemek için gönderilen istatistikler)

Kalan maç hakların ve ses/müzik tercihlerin cihazda kalır: bunlar kimliğine bağlı değildir. Maç haklarını bilerek sıfırlamıyoruz, aksi hâlde hesap silmek dolu hakla yeniden başlamanın bir yolu olurdu.

Ne kadar sürüyor

Anında: canlı veritabanından silinir; puan tablosunda bir sonraki yenilemede (en fazla 12 saat) görünmez olur.
En geç 180 gün içinde: Google'ın altyapısındaki yedeklerden de silinir.

Geri alınamaz. Silinen skorlar, istatistikler ve puan tablosundaki sıra geri getirilemez. Aynı e-posta ile yeniden kayıt olabilirsin, ama sıfırdan başlarsın. Eski oyuncu adın başkası tarafından alınmış olabilir. Hesabın kuralları ihlal ettiği için kısıtlanmışsa yeniden kayıt mümkün değildir — sebebi aşağıda.

Silmeden sonra tutulan bir şey var mı

Hesabına bağlı verilerin (skorlar, istatistikler, cüzdan, karakterler, geri bildirim mesajların, kural ihlali şüphesi ve senkron hata kayıtların, kısıtlama bildirimi, maç özetlerin ve açılış raporların) silinir. Hesabına bağlı veriler arasında tek istisna kısıtlama kaydıdır.

Hesabın kuralları ihlal ettiği için kısıtlandıysa, e-posta adresin hesabı silsen bile kısıtlama listesinde kalır. Bu liste hiçbir oyuncuya açık değildir, uygulamadan okunamaz ve yalnızca aynı kişinin yeni hesap açmasını engellemek için kullanılır. Silseydik kısıtlama, hesabı silip yeniden açarak aşılabilir; yani kısıtlama değil sıfırlama olurdu. Hukuki dayanak: meşru menfaat (GDPR Md. 6(1)(f)). İtiraz etmek istersen destek@coldworkgames.com adresine yazabilirsin.

Çökme raporları (Firebase Crashlytics) hesabınla ilişkili olmadığı için hesap silmeyle silinmez; 90 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir (gizlilik politikası madde 6).

Ayrıca yasal bir yükümlülük varsa (örneğin bir hukuki talep süreci) ilgili kayıt, o yükümlülük sona erene kadar erişimi kısıtlanmış biçimde tutulur. Ayrıntılar için gizlilik politikası madde 7.

Account and Data Deletion

There are two ways to delete your SHARDBELT account and all data attached to it. Either way it is free and you do not need to give a reason.

Option 1 — Inside the game (immediate)

Open SHARDBELT and sign in to your account
Tap the profile button in the top left of the home screen
Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page
Confirm on the confirmation screen

Deletion completes the moment you confirm, and the app returns to the intro screen.

Option 2 — By email

If you cannot reach the app (new phone, forgotten password, app uninstalled), write from the email address registered to your account to:

destek@coldworkgames.com — subject: Account deletion request, and include your player name.

We ask you to write from the registered address for security: otherwise anyone could have someone else's account deleted. If you have lost access to that address, write anyway — we will ask you a few questions about the account to verify who you are.

Requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed to you in writing.

What gets deleted

Your authentication account (email address and password hash)
Your player record: player name, best score, matches played, total kills, most blades held, longest survival, giant kills, creation and update timestamps
Your player name reservation (the name becomes free again)
Your place on the leaderboard
Your match summaries and launch reports (statistics sent to help balance the game)
The copies of your statistics on your phone, and your local profile (player name, chosen character)

Your remaining energy and your sound/music preferences stay on the device: they are not tied to your identity. We deliberately do not reset energy, or deleting an account would become a way to start again with a full bar.

How long it takes

Immediately: removed from the live database; it disappears from the leaderboard at the next refresh (at most 12 hours).
Within at most 180 days: it is also removed from backups on Google's infrastructure.

This cannot be undone. Deleted scores, statistics and your leaderboard rank cannot be restored. You can register again with the same email, but you start from zero, and your old player name may have been taken by someone else. If your account was restricted for breaking the rules, registering again is not possible — see below.

Is anything kept afterwards

Your account-linked data (scores, statistics, wallet, characters, feedback messages, suspected rule-breach and sync error records, the restriction notice, match summaries and launch reports) is deleted. Among account-linked data, the one exception is the restriction record.

If your account was restricted for breaking the rules, your email address stays on the restriction list even after you delete the account. That list is not visible to any player, cannot be read from the app, and is used only to stop the same person opening a new account. If we deleted it, a restriction could be bypassed by deleting and recreating the account — it would be a reset, not a restriction. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). To appeal, write to destek@coldworkgames.com.

Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) are not linked to your account, so deleting it does not remove them; they are deleted automatically after 90 days (privacy policy section 6).

Separately, where a legal obligation applies (for example an ongoing legal claim) the relevant record is kept with restricted access until that obligation ends. See privacy policy section 7.
